Accounts Team Leader

Excellent opportunity for an already establish finance team leader / ledger manager to expand their skill set.

My client are an industry leading business, who are seeking a AP / AR Team leader to join their already established local business.

Your new role

In this role you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable but the main criteria are strong people skills and management experience.

This is a high-volume role and you will be able to demonstrate experience of working within a similar fast-paced culture.

You will have a proactive approach and have a drive for continuous improvement. You should also be PC literate and have excellent communication skills at all levels

You will also manage a team of accounts assistants.

The main purpose of the role is to supervise and manage whilst checking that payment runs are processed.

What you’ll need to succeed

Experience of working in a fast paced environment, be used to leading a team.

You will have strong Excel and be able to organise, manage a team and have an excellent understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
