Beauty Trainer

Who are we?

Arch Angelz is the UK’s leading beauty concession offering a variety of facial beauty treatments and nail treatments through a drop-in style service. We currently have thirty four concessions with over 120 beauticians and are looking for a Beauty Trainer to deliver training on beauty treatments and sales techniques. We are an innovative company looking to develop our staff’s existing skillset to improve sales and treatments in out concessions.

What do we need from you?

• Level 3 beauty
• An appropriate teaching qualification and Assessors Award

Who are you?

Someone who has an interest in beauty treatments and the beauty industry. Experience in training is vital and a passion for coaching and motivation people is also important. We are looking for someone forward thinking and ambitious to excel in this role.

What are we looking for?

• Enthusiastic individual with a positive approach to learning

• Ability to motivate a variety of different people and build good working relationships
• A people person with a strong desire to help others improve themselves
• Highly organised with the ability to produce follow up reports in a timely manner

The Role

• Work with the Head Office and and other Trainers to provide training of beauty treatments

• Four days travelling to UK wide concessions and one day administrative
• Effectively deliver training materials produced by the resourcing and development team
• Design and deliver group training sessions as well as one to one training
• Carry out new starter inductions and training
• Effectively deliver engaging and educational training to individuals and groups
