Customer Service Advisor

I know I am not alone feeling like this. I know there are others like me out there. You. I know you like that satisfaction of knowing your customer is happy. Don’t get me wrong. It doesn’t always have a happy ending. You will have days where it’s more ‘the good, the bad and and the oh my goodness did he say that?’ day.

Here is the boring stuff. Actually it’s not boring it’s flippin’ great! A fantastic company, you want progression, development? We have a reputation for taking people and losing them. To other departments within our company as you climb that lovely career ladder.

You’ll enjoy talking to people. Solving problems and when you can’t solve it straight away you will have created a relationship with your customer and a plan of action that is timely and realistic. The one thing customers don’t like is being told that all is well when it isn’t.

Hours. We only work Monday to Friday and there are variations of hours. Earlys, lates. But no weekends. That belongs to your family or whatever else you do as a hobby.

So call me, send a pigeon, smoke signal, two cans and a piece of string. (Though not sure if that works.) But call me. It really will be the best call you have ever made
