Dispensing Optician/Optical Assistant

The position is in our Howden and Goole practices, optical experience is essential and you must be computer literate, fashion conscious and able to help with merchandising and practice design. You must also be able to travel to either practice on a daily basis. The role will involve dispensing spectacles and supporting the clinical team as well as booking appointments, receipting patients and helping to grow our business. We will require the ideal candidate to be able to order the spectacles and then put them together when the lenses arrive. We offer the opportunity to continue to learn both in the practice and through learning courses run by the industry. You will be supported by qualified professional staff who will help you to develop and grow into the role.
