The role

Due to continued expansion we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Fitter to join the business.In this role, you will support production by maintaining all equipment in a proper working condition using a planned maintenance system and also reacting promptly to any unplanned breakdowns as they occur.

Plant includes

• Injection moulding machines
• Vacuum forming machines
• Shrink wrap machines
• Band saws
• Compressors
• Additions miscellaneous electrical equipment

Duties will include.

• Electrical fault finding
• General Electrical proactive Maintenance
• Electrical installation
• Carrying out safety checks
• Adhering to safe working processes at all times
• Maintaining an inventory of essential parts
• Updating all records of repair for future reference
• Ensuring compliance with latest legislation
• PAT testing
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• HNC Qualified
• 17th edition
• Manufacturing experience
• Good housekeeping
• A proactive work ethic
• Working as part of a team
• Experience with Fanuc robots would be advantageous, but not essential

Salary and benefits.

Upto £30,000 per annum

25 days holiday plus statutory holidays
