General Operative

I am currently recruiting on behalf of our client, who have two positions to fill on a GENUINE temporary to permanent basis.

Job Title: General Operative

Location: Riccall, Bilbrough, Melburn Pocklington – travel will be required between all three sites, therefore you must be able to drive.

Hours of Work: 48 hours per week across 6 days in peak time, must be flexible to suit business needs

Pay: £7.41 for the first 12 weeks

The Role: Extremely varied and physically demanding, this role is using a jet wash tool to clean large metal chicken sheds across the 3 sites from roof to floor. Once the washing cycle is completed you will be trained to assist with raising the birds, helping on the farms and any other duties as required.

The Person: High levels of motivation, physically fit, able to work as part of a team, likes learning new things, keen, flexible, doesnt mind getting mucky. Protective clothing and waterproofs are provided.
