Your new company

A Not-for-Profit organisation based in Hull City Centre are seeking a HR Administrator to join their busy yet friendly team to cover Maternity leave.

Your new role

As HR Administrator you will be supporting the HR consultant with day to day HR duties such as tracking and setting up training, processing annual leave requests, new starters and leavers, processing DBS, minute taking for disciplinaries and tribunals to name but a few. You will be used to working within a fast paced environment and will also be required to cover reception as part of the role. You will be responsible for the recruitment process in terms of advertising, search and selection of candidates, shortlisting and interviewing for a range of vacancies.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have a proactive approach to your workload and be able to manage your time effectively, balancing your HR duties as well as covering reception as required. Ideally you will have worked within a similar role in order to hit the ground running. Your role will be to ensure the smooth running of daily HR functions as well as supporting the HR Consultant with disciplinary, grievance and investigation processes where necessary.
