In addition, you will also spend time supporting our new Employee Services Centre where queries are diverse and cover the whole spectrum of HR practice within the Trust.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, challenging and influencing a range of stakeholders. Creating and maintaining excellent working relationships with staff, managers and staff side partners is essential to this role. You will have a strong customer service approach with the ability and confidence to advise managers and staff on all aspects of employee relations matters. You will be forward thinking, innovative, solution focussed and resilient.
You will be confident working autonomously using your own initiative and prioritising whilst recognising the value and importance of collaborative working and being a good team player. Experience managing junior staff would also be desirable.
