Internal Sales Executive

THE COMPANY:

Brewster Pratap are recruiting for a suitably experienced Sales Order Processor / Internal Sales Executive to join a busy team in Howden, nr Goole, to process customer orders and liaise with customers on a daily basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has worked within a similar position within manufacturing and would like develop their skills further.

THE JOB:

The general duties include:

• Accurately process sales orders and credit enquires in a busy working environment
• Managing day to day existing customer requirements
• Undertake standard customer and sales support procedures such as sample requests, returns/ collections and administering price confirmations
• Maintain customer service records
• Professionally assisting with customer enquiries such as product information, pricing and lead-times
• Provide general office administration duties
• Help resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and business

The skills and qualities that they are ideally looking for are:

• Previous experience in sales order processing and a customer facing role
• Good written and verbal communicators
• Accurate data inputting
• Attention to detail
• Confident IT skills and demonstrable experience of basic Microsoft applications
• The ability to maintain a polite, professional and friendly manner at all times
• Ideally someone who has worked within a manufacturing industry
