A fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Trainer who is required to provide various levels of training for Microsoft and legal applications to users nationwide. This role represents an excellent opportunity to join a leading UK company.

As an IT Trainer you will be responsible for developing and delivering training packages remotely and face to face to users within the business. You will need to have an excellent command of Microsoft applications and ideally experience of Visualfiles or other case management systems. As an IT Trainer in this role it will be advantageous to have a background training users within the legal sector, with an engaging, confident and resilient disposition. As an IT Trainer you will also have an understanding of 1st Line Support as you will be involved in some general helpdesk support and simple fixes.

You will need to be flexible and open to travel as you may be required to do occasional training in other UK locations.

As an experienced IT Trainer you will have the following:

Experienced as an IT Trainer
Excellent command of Microsoft applications
Visualfiles or other case management system experience
Some experience providing 1st Line Support and dealing with simple fixes
Confident, resilient and engaging personality
Flexible for occasional nationwide travel
