Lead IT Support Analyst

Harvey Nash have been exclusively engaged by a market leading organisation to source and secure an experienced End User Technology Lead Support Analyst.

My client is looking for and experienced Lead IT Support Analyst to join their End User Technology team. The team are responsible for maintaining and managing IT End User hardware which spans desktops, laptops, tablets, smart devices, manufacturing systems, warehouse scanning technologies and printers. In total this team supports and maintains over 28,000 assets and systems.

The successful End User Technology Lead Support Analyst will have direct reports and will be responsible for leading the team whilst ensuring that all End User systems and devices are maintained and meet the needs of the business. This person will also be accountable for providing technical expertise and support to a wide range of End User devices.

The successful candidate must have the following experience:

* A minimum of 3 years experience working in an IT support role.
* Excellent team management skills.
* An understanding of the ITIL framework.
* Previous experience supporting a wide range of technologies including Microsoft, Mac OS, iOS and Android.
* Must be innovative and willing to research new and emerging technologies.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Previous experience resource planning and managing budgets.

**Please note this person will be part of the on call rota as well as be expected to travel to other main business sites.
