MULTI-DROP VAN DRIVERS

We are currently recruiting for 6 Multi-Drop Van Drivers to work from a Worldwide leading distribution centre providing a guaranteed express delivery service covering all of LEEDS & EAST COAST.

As an experienced Multi-Drop Van Driver we can provide you with regular ongoing work with good rates of pay, paid weekly plus separate holiday pay.

This is a possible Temp to Perm position for the right candidates.

Working hours are:
Monday – Friday
Overtime is paid after 45 hours per week at £14.55 per hour.

You must have a proven track record of Multi-Drop Van Driving and also be able to produce proof of address for the last 5 years as security checks need to be made.

For the first 3 months, you will be running out of LEEDS then in October you will be running out of HOWDEN.

Duties:
– Collection & delivery of parcels to and from households and businesses.
– Completing all relevant paperwork and customer signatures.
– Scanning parcels and carrying out relevant safety checks on vehicle.
– Route Training is provided.

Skills Required:
– Excellent customer facing ability
– Licence with B Entitlement up to 3.5 tonnes.
– Proven Track Record is essential.
– Good geographical knowledge – local essential, national preferable.
– No more than 6 points on your licence
– Conscientious and flexible.
– Enthusiastic and willing.
– Good communication skills.
