Residential Site Manager

My client, a regional contractor who specialise in building high quality homes in the Yorkshire area is currently looking for a Construction Site Manager in the Selby area of North Yorkshire.

The project starts in 3-4 weeks and the development will last approx. 9 months with a completed build of 9 houses.

You MUST have at least 5 years Site management experience in the new build residential sector and have the ability to manage sites in their entirety.

Applicants must hold SMSTS, first aid and CSCS card and be available for interview in the next 2 weeks.
