Security Control Room Administrator

Careline Security Limited t/a First County Monitoring is an integral part of Mayfair Fire & Security which is a family run security company with over 30 years experience.

We are presently recruiting for an administrator to join our busy control room team. Your role will play a crucial part in providing our customers with complete peace of mind in managing their accounts and security needs.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead and Control Room Manager, you will provide full and comprehensive administrative support to engineers, customers and suppliers.
The successful candidate should have enthusiasm and be willing to learn the processes involved with security and monitoring services as well as becoming a team player in the office. Candidates should be competent in using computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, in addition to being good at prioritising and managing more than one task.
The main duties and responsibilities are:
· Day-to-day administrative duties of CCTV, alarms and lone-worker schemes in accordance with the policy and procedural instructions laid down by the company, legislation and regulations.
Excellent communication skills building strong and positive relationships with customers, engineers, suppliers and colleagues through telephone and email.
Processing information and orders, checking for accuracy and attention to detail.
Handling and filing of paperwork plus logging and scanning of paperwork.
Participating in regular team meetings and ongoing training.

The position will be on a 8 hour shift rota working Monday to Friday covering core hours from 08:00 – 18:00 hours.

You will be required to pass a police check as part of the security screening process.
