Site Manager/Foreman

We are a small but expanding Yorkshire based high quality construction, main contractor.

Contracts are varied, with project sizes from £100k to £1m.

This is a wonderful opportunity for an Experienced Site Manager to join a growing company. There is the real prospect for career development, a chance to be part of good team, assisting in the growth of our successful business.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager & Director, your duties will require:

* Management of a team of Site Staff: Groundworkers, Joiners, Bricklayers etc.

* Responsibility for on-site Health & Safety to comply with legislation

* Work planning, team briefings of site staff, sub- contractors and suppliers

* Placing Purchase Orders for Materials & On-site Equipment

* Ability to communicate in a professional manner with Clients, Architects etc

* Identifying areas for improvement

You will work closely with our Contracts Manager to ensure all work is carried out to a very high standard.
