Supply Chain Coordinator

THE COMPANY:

Brewster Pratap are currently looking for a suitably experienced Supply Chain Coordinator / Assistant to join a busy Goole based manufacturing business, to support the Supply Chain Manager and work alongside the Materials Controller.

In this role you will focus on ensuring customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full. The business operate a next delivery service with a reputation for excellent service. The successful candidate for this position can expect involvement in continuous improvement projects in the supply chain.

THE JOB:
Producing all plans for the 3 departments and all other related assembly areas
Agreeing and issuing the plans with the Operations Manager
Maintaining bills of materials
Maintaining trackers to monitor production performance against the plan
Stock control
Purchasing all raw materials / products for requirements against the plan
Booking goods in
Creating works orders
Liaising with suppliers
Liaising with all internal departments

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Production Planner or Supply Chain Coordinator working in a varied, fast paced manufacturing environment. Previous working knowledge of Microsoft Nav is preferred but not essential.

Essential requirements for this role are:
Previous experience as a Supply Chain Co-ordinator/Production Planner
Experience in high volume manufacturing
Advanced Microsoft office skills
Excellent communication skills

THE BENEFITS:

Salary up to £25,000 depending on experience, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm, 25 days holiday, pension, health scheme and annual bonus
