Telemarketer

A fantastic opportunity has become available to work as a telephone based Market Researcher on a temporary basis, my client is a highly respected and professional company delivering only the best service to their customers. They are based in an idyllic setting in York and you will be working within a small call centre like environment where your duties will include:

·Conducting market research call by making warm/cold outbound calls
·Direct contact with both the general public &businesses
·Following scripts to obtain the relevant information
·Accurately recording of information on the companies in house computer system
Skills/Experience:
·Excellent communication skills
·An outgoing personality
·A pleasant telephone manner is essential
·It is highly advantageous if you have previous contact centre or market research experience
Immediate starts are available
Hours: 09:00-17:00 Monday – Friday
