Estabulo, the Brazilian steakhouse known for its authentic dining experience and traditional Rodizio service, has relaunched Café de Brazil at its Doncaster Restaurant, introducing a new dining concept inspired by the flavours of Brazil and the indulgence of the classic Café de Paris.
The new concept forms part of Estabulo’s continued investment in its food and drink offering, giving guests the opportunity to experience a different side of the brand through a dedicated menu centred around its signature Café de Brazil sauce.
From Paris to Brazil
The inspiration for Café de Brazil began during a trip to Paris, when the Estabulo team discovered a dish that sparked an idea for something new within the brand.
Taking inspiration from the renowned Café de Paris-style butter sauce, the team set out to create its own Brazilian interpretation, combining the richness and indulgence of the original with the bold flavours and character associated with Brazilian cuisine.
The name ‘Café de Brazil’ was coined by Estabulo’s co-founder as a playful nod to the Parisian inspiration behind the concept, while celebrating the restaurant group’s Brazilian roots.
What began as an idea discovered during a trip to Paris has since evolved into a new addition to the Estabulo experience, bringing together premium ingredients, Brazilian-inspired flavours and a more indulgent style of dining.
Bringing Brazilian flavour to the menu
Café de Brazil offers guests a choice of salmon, steak or chicken, each generously coated in Estabulo’s signature Café de Brazil sauce – a Brazilian-inspired take on the classic French butter sauce associated with Café de Paris.
The dishes are served alongside a fresh mixed-leaf salad, warm white or brown baguette, chilli flakes and crispy fries, bringing together rich, indulgent flavours with fresh and vibrant accompaniments.
The menu has been designed to complement Estabulo’s existing Rodizio offering, while giving guests another way to enjoy the restaurant and explore a different interpretation of Brazilian-inspired dining.
Sophie Blackburn, Procurement and Operations Manager at Estabulo, said:
“We’re really excited to relaunch our Café de Brazil offering at our Doncaster Restaurant. The restaurant continues to be an important location for us as we look at new ways to develop and evolve our offering for local guests. Café de Brazil gives customers something a little different to enjoy, combining bold Brazilian-inspired flavours with an indulgent dining experience, and we think it’s the perfect option for a relaxed lunch or catch-up with friends and family.”
An evolving Estabulo experience
The launch of Café de Brazil marks another step in Estabulo’s continued investment in its Doncaster restaurant offering, as the brand looks to broaden its dining experience and give customers more choice and new reasons to visit.
With its distinctive Brazilian-inspired flavours and Parisian influence, Café de Brazil adds a new dimension to the Estabulo menu while remaining rooted in the bold flavours, hospitality and experience that underpin the brand.
Café de Brazil is available now at its Doncaster restaurant, with bookings now open.
