Representing Doncaster Dome, the skaters produced a series of outstanding performances securing an incredible seven gold medals, two silver medals and one bronze medal, with two skaters also being awarded the coveted Overall Best Performance of the Evening title.

The competition showcased skaters of all ages and abilities, with Doncaster’s athletes delivering exceptional routines in front of judges and spectators.

Among the winners were:

• Katelyn Carrigan (22), who took first place in the adult category
• Kayleigh Grant (23), who secured second place in the adult category
• Lauren Goulden (22), who claimed third place in the adult category

Rob Horsfield, ice leisure manager at Doncaster Culture and Leisure Trust (DCLT), which operates Doncaster Dome, said: “We are incredibly proud of every skater who represented Doncaster Dome at this competition. To return home with seven gold medals, two silvers and a bronze is a fantastic achievement, and it reflects the hard work, dedication and passion shown by our skaters every week.

“It’s particularly special to see Aleksandra and Mya recognised with the Overall Best Performance award. We know how much commitment goes into preparing for events like this and it’s wonderful to see that effort rewarded. Congratulations to all of our skaters and coaches on an outstanding evening.”
