Catering Assistant

In this role you will report into the onsite catering manager, supporting with a mixture of front of house and kitchen duties you will work well within your team to support the smooth running of the catering unit

Day to day duties will include:

Basic food preparation
Counter service of customers making sure that all food is presented to a high standard and our exceptional standards of customer service are met
Operating a till system
General cleaning of the kitchen and restaurant areas
Stock replenishment, and rotation
Good communication skills
To be considered for this role you must ideally have a background of working in a commercial kitchen environment as a Catering/ General Assistant or similar.

Ideally you will hold your basic food hygiene certificate.

This site is open 5 days a week, so no weekend work will be involved.
