Sales Manager needed for a telesales contact centre based on the ring road in York. Paying up to £40,000 + Com

Your new company
Our client are a growing business based on the ring road in York. They have recently opened up their telesales contact centre and are now looking for a Sales Manager to come in and manage up to 42 sales staff within the office.

Your new role
You could be doing the day to day management of the telesales team, Optimising sales results, pushing the staff to hit their daily targets, improving customer retention. Working with the marketing team to do campaigns for attracting new customers. You could also manage all recruitment for future staff, training and development as well as conducting appraisals and 121’s. As this is a management role you would be required to set up an manage excel based sales reports on weekly and monthly figures.

What you’ll need to succeed
Thats why we are looking for someone who has previous management experience of an outbound sales team / telesales team.

What you’ll get in return
You could get a competitive salary & commission scheme. 22 days holiday plus bank holidays which will increase by one day each year up to a max 25 days.
